About The Team

The Technical Business Insights team makes user experience journeys on the Shopee platform as smooth and positive as possible. To achieve this, the team studies and strives to understand what, why, and how users are doing. The team stays at the user's point of view to think through their problems and map with what the platform tech serves, especially in daily operation angles. In doing so, the team suggests improvements to provide users with self-help and a fair platform.

Job Description

• Coordinate with Regional/Internal teams to release new features, including User Acceptance testing, translating content to Vietnamese, feature announcements...
• Coordinate with Regional/ Local Operation teams & other internal teams to identify operations problems of struggling Suppliers to provide new features and feature improvements;
• Market research/ benchmarking analysis to evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions;
• Support technical issues arising from the Supplier-facing internal team, perform first-layer troubleshooting, and conduct research to identify possible root causes of the reported issues;
• Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Supply Chain experience or strong knowledge of product development is a plus;
• Good mindset about system logic, balancing between product side and user side;
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to draw insights from user pain points, research, and design practical and scalable solutions;
• Strong curiosity to understand the "whys" and "hows" and to develop the "so-what" that will shape policies, initiatives, and features;
• Result-oriented, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Good command of English.
