- Work Location: Binh Thanh District, HCM City
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base
2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
3. Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
4. Leading a team of sales engineers to reach sales targets
5. Training and coaching team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
6. Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
7. Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
8. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
9. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Chemical/ Environmental Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration is preferable
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Having sales management experience in the water treatment industry
- Experience in sales goals and quotas, building a sales plan, analyzing data, assigning sales training and sales territories, mentoring the members of the sales team, and being involved in the hiring and firing process.
・Strong knowledge of the water treatment system/ technology
・Character: Activated and willing on business trips.
・Technical competencies: Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having proficiency in the Japanese language is an advantage
