- Responsible for the day to day of the Food and Beverage Department, establish and implement service standard to ensure total customer satisfaction whilst achieving financial objective. Coordinates and maintains a degree of supervision over all matters pertaining to the F&B operations.
- Major responsibilities: Directly responsible to the General Manager for the proper supervision and function of all food and beverage employees, facilities, operation, sales, costs, and departmental profit.
- Compilation of all Food and Beverage budgets and forecasts in co-ordination with Management and Financial – Accounting Department.
- With Financial Controller / Chief Accountant review inventory purchasing procedures and stock control.
- Analyze Food & Beverage operations from the standpoint of operating costs, increasing sales, efficiency, merchandising, principles, simplification and sanitation; making specific corrections and recommendations necessary for optimum performance; maintain payroll control.
- Supervise and coordinate all menu making, pricing, food presentation, sanitation, food promotion and employee scheduling; insure quality preparation and service at all times.

- University degree or related certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at equivalent position at 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel field.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- Good English skills (other foreign language(s) is an advantage).
