Organizing and managing about administrative activities of the brewery
Implement policies and regimes related to salary and personnel, ensuring effective human resources, increasing productivity, and reducing costs; Manage training, recruitment, and hiring of workers outside the Brewery.
- Assist to perform the ceremonies of The Brewery
- Building and managing the ISO - HACCP system of the department
- Formulate and protect plans related to personnel such as labor norms, salary, recruitment, training, ... every year of the Brewery
- Monitor and implement the policies for the employees of the Brewery in accordance with the law and the Corporation.
- Collect monthly Time Attendance; Update monthly Annual Leave
- Manage and update information and records of employees at the Brewery
- Calculate monthly workdays in harmful or dangerous environments
Wages, policies:
- Update information related to personnel reporting to the Corporation and disseminate it to employees.
- Answer questions for employees about wages, personal income tax, regimes, policies ...
- Coordinate with the HC Department of Corporation to resolve policies and regimes for employees.
Recruitment:
- Make a request to recruit vacancies
- Filter candidates from the HR department
- Contact to invite candidates to interview and organize tests
Participate in interviews with Brewery leaders & complete the interview evaluation documents and send them to the HC Department
- Perform all procedure related to welcome new employees, internship, exit employees.
- Perform all payment of employee’s welfare benefits (sickness, maternity, condolence, marriage, birthday ...)
Training:
- Plan training to meet the needs of the units in the brewery.
- Organize the training schedule matching the activities of the unit.
- Manage & print the training classes’ document
Report on the implementation of the work of human resources management (month, quarter, year)
Prepare all Official Dispatch; decision; procedures related to human resources
Manage contracts of Labor service:
- - Control the workload of the external unit;
- - Complete payment monthly;
- - Prepare and liquidation of the contract
Perform other duties assigned by manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University administrators administrative sectors, Archives or equivalent.
Have time actually worked at least 12 months in the same field of expertise.
Work required foreign language knowledge in reading comprehension level is basic professional documents / Expressing a simple way in familiar situations (equivalent to level A)
Jobs require computer use proficiency in Word, input and retrieve info on dedicated software; email, internet access and the average level of basic Excel
