This role is accountable for providing HR partnership & professional advice and support to H&N across Vietnam, ensuring appropriate people management solutions and
optimizing organizational effectiveness, supporting change management, and enhancing employee and manager experience.
Provide HR monitoring and strategic advice to executive leadership, managers, and employees in H&N alignment with company HR policy.
Influence and support H&N leaders in HR activities to improve productivity and efficiency (organizational evolution, KPI steering, process implementation).
Support employee development and career management through internal mobility, training, performance plans, and people reviews in H&N
Analyze and manage H&N performance KPIs (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, recruitment timelines).
Execute HR initiatives & projects for H&N
Lead and facilitate change and change management interventions in H&N, inspire employees to embrace change in order to ensure they are equipped for future challenges
Provide consultancy and coaching to the line management for decisions on people in order to enhance team performance and productivity, morale, culture and diversity, thereby ensuring the attraction, development and retention of H&N talent.
Provide solutions to the employees to enhance their people capabilities to deliver the company and department goals through effective managing people challenges and opportunities within the functions
Drive functional specific HR projects identified as HR priorities from the HR strategy in order to improve H&N business and organizational performance. Act as a link between H&N needs and HR specialist services ensuring a high level of service excellence and support
