pKey responsibilities • Implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified students for various college programs. • Identify key demographics and develop tailored approaches to reach prospective students effectively. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials. • Keep abreast to Company's new products, services, procedures and tools • Establish and update customers' accounts/database timely for future sales • Follow up on leads promptly via telesales calls, emails and direct visits for presentations and consultation with potential customers • Maintain accurate records of leads interactions and update the CRM system regularly. • Provide after-sales services and solutions to customers' issues • Liaise with local schools and enterprises/agents as channels for student recruitment • Provide accurate and regular reports to update the team on market developments and recruitment of students • Conduct regular market research/analysis for specific purposes/plans of the college • Assist with all digital marketing and advertising activities including developing content on digital channels, regular communication with existing / potential customers • Plan and participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, open houses, and information sessions. • Conduct outreach activities at educational institutions, industry partners, community centers, and other relevant locations. • Develop and maintain good relationships with corporate partners for corporate training opportunities and further collaboration. Reach out to new clients for increment of corporate training contracts. • Represent the college professionally and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential students and stakeholders. Other requirements: • Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time • The Employee is required to travel as and when required. • When the Employee is assigned to work on a project, the Project Leader is the Employee's Superior and the Employee will report to the Employee's Project Leader.
