VELA INTEGRATED LOGISTICS CORPORATION - A strategic member of ITL.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software QC Leader to oversee the quality control process for our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web applications meet the highest standards.

PERFORMANCE

1. Leadership and Team Management

- Lead and mentor a team of QC engineers.

- Guide team members on the same project and share experiences.

- Assign tasks and manage workload distribution among team members.

- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

2. Quality Assurance and Testing

- Learn and understand the requirements of the project.

- Plan, create, and execute comprehensive test cases and test data.

- Guarantee features are 100% tested in browsers on multiple environments.

- Conduct manual and automated testing of web applications (automation tasks only if recruiting for an Automation team).

- Deploy systems and tools to run automation when applicable.

- Create and execute test scripts as needed.

3. Process Management

- Report test results accurately and timely.

- Manage bugs from open to done, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.

- Review test cases created by team members to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.

- Follow and enforce process and regulations at work.

- Ensure the completion of required tasks within deadlines.

4. Collaboration and Communication

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback.

- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

- Communicate test results, issues, and risks to the project team and management.

5. Process Improvement

- Develop and enforce quality control processes and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends.

- Continuously assess and improve testing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-        Graduated from College, University, or equivalent certificates majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Quality Testing.

-        At least 5 years of experience in related work, especially with web application testing.

-        Experience participating in highly logical projects such as ERP, Logistics, Payment, and Reporting.

-        Proficient in WebApp Testing, API Testing, UI Testing, and other types of Manual Testing.

-        Strong experience with planning, creating, and executing test cases.

-        Proficient in testing tools and testing techniques.

-        Understanding and knowledge of performance testing.

-        ISTQB certification is an advantage.

-        Focused, careful, and with great attention to detail.

-        Ability to write clear, well-informed bug reports.

-        Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

-        Ability to guide and handle situations within the team and across teams.

-        Proven ability to manage product quality.

-        Excellent task and time management skills.

-        Good communication skills with a peaceful and positive attitude.

-        Strong interest in software quality testing.
