Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
Oversee facilities services and maintenance
Ensuring the (working) environment is measured and monitored quarterly and yearly as the law.
Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
Developing, reviewing, and improving systems and SOPs for Admin, Safety, Environment, Clinic, Security Cleaning sections.
Ensuring the factory is security and safe. Preventing losses and damage.
Meeting, working and maintaining good relation ship with the local gorvenment authotiries on behalf of BOD.
Ensuring all members of fire fighting team is trained by local FF police and practices periodically.
Offer solutions for improvement
Supervising day- to- day operations of Admin, Safety, Environment, Clinic, Security, Cleaning sections and staff members.
Working closely with government authorities and related sections to maintain the safety, fire fighting, health and environmental standards
Managing and proceeding procedures for applying for company licenses and other permits for exppats
Identify process bottlenecks
To be in charge of company events such as Year end party, new year partiy, outing trips …
Make sure the factory and office are cleaned and tidy
Working with the landlord about renting contract, payment, building maintenance issues …
Working with accounting and BOD to set Admin budget, monitor spending, and other expenses.
Planning and analyzing the risks of safety and fire expolsion for improvement and minimizing the accidents
Ensuring the fire fighting system is always in good working condition and is tested regularly.
Ensuring the waste water treatment system (WWTS) is always in good working condtion and the output of waste water is as the standard.
Managing smooth operation of canteen, security, Company vehicles, cleaning, gardening, office supplies, uniform, PPE, safety, environment and clinic ...
Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Ensuring the clinic is always ready for giving first aid service properly to accident (if any).

Good communication in Vietnamese and English
Minimum 5 years of administration management experiences
From 28 to 40 years old. Female or male.
Proactive, mature, self- motivated, able to work under pressure and teamwork
Can work under high pressure
University degree
Good computer skill in MS word. Excel, Access.
Strong communication, leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills
