Job Overview:
As a Sales Project Assistant, you will become an integral part of our Vietnam market team, acting as a bridge between our Chinese side and local Vietnamese distributors. You will ensure smooth communication between the two parties, effectively follow up on sales projects, and provide timely feedback and support. No prior experience in the medical industry is required, but excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as potential in project management, are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Communication Bridge and Translation Support:
- Serve as the primary communication link between our Chinese side and Vietnamese distributors, ensuring accurate and timely information transfer.
- Provide translation services between Chinese and Vietnamese, including emails, meeting minutes, contract documents, etc., to ensure consistent understanding between both parties.
2.Sales Project Follow - up:
- Assist the sales team in following up on sales projects, including order processing, shipping arrangements, and inventory monitoring, to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high quality.
- Coordinate and resolve issues that arise during project implementation, such as logistics delays and product quality feedback, maintaining close communication with both the Chinese side and Vietnamese distributors.
3.Market Feedback and Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze feedback from the Vietnamese market, including customer needs, competitor dynamics, and market trends, to provide decision - making support for the sales team.
- Regularly organize sales data, including sales volume, market share, customer satisfaction, etc., to help the sales team assess performance and develop improvement plans.
4.Customer Relationship Maintenance:
- Assist the sales team in maintaining good relationships with Vietnamese distributors, conducting regular follow - ups to understand customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in or organize customer events, such as product training and exhibition support, to strengthen the brand's influence in the local market.
5.Internal Collaboration and Process Optimization:
- Maintain close cooperation with the Chinese team (such as supply chain, finance, legal, etc.), ensuring smooth business processes and resolving issues in cross - departmental collaboration.
- Continuously optimize internal work processes to improve efficiency, propose improvement suggestions, and promote team growth.
Qualifications:
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.
- Language Skills: Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and Vietnamese, with the ability to proficiently perform bilingual written and oral translation.
- Work Experience: At least one year of work experience. Candidates with experience in multinational companies or cross - cultural communication are preferred. A background in the medical industry is not required.
