Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead, coach, and oversee a team of sales representatives in one of the fastest-growing companies in the agriculture industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve both sell-in and sell-out targets. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's objectives. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed their individual and team sales targets. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory, expanding the company's reach and customer base. Your role also involves overseeing efficient product liquidation from C1 to C2 and farmers, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained. Lastly, you will prepare regular sales reports for presentation to the Sales Head - Zone 1 or Zone 2.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to guide team efforts and strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a Team of Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand/open more C1 and C2 in the territory.
- Ensure efficient and effective liquidation from C1 to C2 and farmers.

What you bring:

- 5+ years experience in sales of agriculture products or related fields.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
