Welcome guests upon their arrival at the resort.
Provide accurate information to guests.
Implement the customer care process.
Advise customers on products or services of Le Palmier Hồ Tràm.
Address inquiries, provide suitable options, and build trust with customers.
Maintain relationships with current customers.
Regularly reach out to check on the usage of products, resolve any issues, and suggest new products or services.
Assist the department in searching for and reaching potential customers to expand the guests list.
Participate in marketing activities, implement advertising campaigns, and persuade new guests.
Carry out other tasks as requested by superiors

English Communication: Good proficiency
Experience: Preference for candidates with experience
Well-proportioned, height from 1.60m; preference for females above 1.58m
Clear pronunciation, pleasant voice

Honest, enthusiastic, responsible for work
