1. HR & Administration
- Support and manage HR & admin tasks such as attendance, payroll, social insurance, and personal income tax.
- Assist management in developing, implementing, and managing labor, salary, benefits, and disciplinary policies in accordance with Vietnamese law and company regulations.
2. Accounting
- Issue, review, and verify internal accounting documents, ensure compliance and circulate them properly to consultants.
- Handle payments and related financial transactions.
- Arrange and store internal documents safely and systematically for easy retrieval.
- Check monthly and quarterly PIT and FCT reports.
- Monitor and manage import, export, and inventory data using production management software.
- Coordinate with consultants to resolve accounting-related matters.

Workplace: Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province.
