1. Implement Customer/Consumer consultancy activities:
- Collect and report customer/consumer opinions about the Company's products and services, receive suggestions from other departments to consider and improve the collection of customer/consumer comments.
- Implement daily customer consultation activities and cooperate with relevant departments to answer customer requests, questions and complaints in accordance with the process.
- Update information about the company's products and services when there are changes and periodically update the content "Q&A Handbook".
2. Implement Online/On-site Cooking Class:
- Working with other teams of Public Relations Department to organize Cooking Classes for contumers who are consumers, young mothers, retailers and members of Associations nationwide.
- Work with assigned provincial Associations to communicate and organize online / on-site Cooking Classes.
