- Act as a liaison with Taiwanese/Chinese customers who have factories/projects in Vietnam related to wastewater treatment and environmental management.
- Manage projects, monitor progress, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop potential clients.
- Assist in translating documents, reports, and contracts related to wastewater treatment and environmental projects.
- Attend meetings with customers and partners, provide periodic work reports.
- Collaborate with the technical department to advise and propose suitable solutions for customers.
- Keep up to date with policies and regulations related to the environment and wastewater treatment industry.
- Support other tasks as assigned by superiors.
