• Support daily opening/closing procedures and ensure all setups meet standards. Supervise junior staff and casual workers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Manage reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and provide accurate order-taking and service based on guest preferences.
• Ensure all food & beverage items are served according to standards while consistently promoting and up-selling menu items and other outlets.
• Deliver personalized service by remembering guest preferences, follow HACCP guidelines, and handle guest complaints professionally while reporting issues to management.
• Oversee station activities, assist in stock requisition, and support other F&B outlets during busy periods.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of menus, preparation methods, and hotel services; understand all safety and emergency procedures.
• Attend briefings, trainings, and report to duty with proper uniform and grooming.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Service oriented with an eye for details
