- Senior Talent Development specialist plays the roles of a functional expert as well as business partners in terms of this function, and reports directly to the Head of People & Office Happiness.
- S/he is responsible for designing and leading implementation of Performance management, Learning & Development for the whole company and Talent pipeline development.
- This is the person that our employees often come to seek for advice about their personal development plans or how to set effective individual goals or managers to ask about how to build up a road map to grow an employee.
- Performance Management:
- Design & update Performance Management program that aligned with company culture & strategy.
- Conduct necessary communications and training to implement the program and manage the performance management system.
- Conduct quality check to ensure the high quality of goals setting & performance check-in & reviews.
- Consolidate and analyze the performance data to have actionable insights for relevant L&D activities and other talent management programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management program for continuous improvement.
- Learning & Development:
- Develop and implement learning & development programs (70-20-10) that align with company strategy & business needs.
- Build the annual training plan & budget.
- Promote learning culture & encourage internal learning & sharing among the organization.
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning & development programs for continuous improvement.
- Talent Management
- Design development program to build & maintain the talent pipeline for some particular positions that aligned with the business strategy & needs in the long term.
- Identify the key roles & core competencies to be built up
- Design and deliver training & learning activities following 70-20-10
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning & development programs for continuous improvement.
- Working experience & knowledge:
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Organization Development in MNCs or ecommerces, tech industry. Have passion for start-up companies.
- Strong understanding about Talent Management methods & principles as well as practical experience.
- Knowledge of effective learning models, training process (from a-z), and best practices.
- Skills & Attitudes:
- Have passion for start-up companies: build-up things to create visible impacts on the business & people.
- A self-starter with a result-oriented & solution-oriented mindset
- Strong continuous improvement mindset and can-do attitude
- Good at instructional designing and facilitation skills
- Strong communication (both in English and Vietnamese) and negotiation skills
- Good at project management and business acumen
- Embrace challenges and always seek opportunities to learn & grow
- Ability to work independently and coordinate/collaborate with different stakeholders across departments
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suites, Performance Management Systems, and online learning platforms
