JOB DESCRIPTION

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Provide in-depth financial analysis and support for key business decisions, focusing

on cost efficiency, profitability, and financial forecasting.

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior

management and key stakeholders, highlighting variances from budget and

identifying areas for improvement.

Business Partnership & Strategy Development:

• Work closely with business units such as BUs/Sales, Marketing, Operations, and

HR to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.

• Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term

financial plans.

• Provide proactive insights and recommendations to improve business performance

and achieve strategic goals.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

and financial targets.

• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify key

variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met.

Cost Management & Efficiency Optimization:

• Analyze cost structures and operational efficiency to drive cost-saving initiatives

across the business.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve the profitability of business

operations.

Financial Modeling & Business Case Development:

• Develop financial models to evaluate potential business opportunities, investments,

and projects.

• Provide financial support in the development of business cases for new projects or

investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments and provide

financial advice and support to ensure effective decision-making.

• Work as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering actionable financial insights

and driving accountability for financial performance.

Improvement: Digital transformation

• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and business

intelligence tools to enhance decision-making and financial performance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to

enhance the business’s financial management.

• Other related tasks in case necessary/ or following CFO requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional

certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.

• At least 5 years of experience in a financial analysis or business partnering role,

with a strong understanding of business operations and finance.

• Experience in preparing financial forecasts, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Strong background in financial modeling, cost management, and performance

analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, analysis, pivot

tables, etc.).

• Experience with Accounting Software, ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI)

tools.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically

and challenge the status quo.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good English

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
