I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

1. Monitor Trends and Features

• Regularly track new or updated policies and features on e-commerce platforms, focusing on seller and customer functionalities.

2. Monitor Trends and Features

• Analyze the operational aspects of e-commerce platforms to identify areas of innovation.

3. Identify Business Opportunities

• Work closely with Technology & Innovation partners to define and frame business challenges that can be addressed using technology or AI

4. Identify Business Opportunities

• Proactively suggest use cases or workflows where emerging technologies could provide measurable improvements.

5. Evaluate AI and Technology Solutions

• Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of GenAI or AI-based prototypes, ensuring alignment with business goals

6. Evaluate AI and Technology Solutions

• Independently develop AI-based prototype, proof of concept (PoC), or minimum viable product (MVP)without support from teammates.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Skills

• Understanding of emerging technologies, particularly AI/ML (NLP and Time Series preferred).
• Strong  research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate emerging technologies to align with business needs.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and strong project management skills to handle complex initiatives.
• Effective communication to work across diverse teams and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language.
• Integrity, responsibility, urgency, and a team-oriented, innovative mindset with strong leadership potential.

2. Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or leading digitalization initiatives.
  (Experience in AI/ML product development or technology-driven industries is preferred.)
• Proven ability to successfully implement innovative digitalization solutions to automate business processes.
• Familiarity with e-commerce workflows or experience in applying AI/ML for workflow optimization is a significant advantage.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous learning and growth in the field of AI/ML and digital transformation
