Security Manager is accountable for developing and implementing effective procedures to ensure that the guests and Wink's property are protected, whilst also ensuring a safe environment for Wink's colleague and guests alike. This position is in charge of managing and controlling the Fire, Life, Health, Safety and Security function for the Wink hotel and providing full support. Security Manager also focuses on carrying out relevant safety and security audits to ensure that all processes are being followed and will be responsible for the Health & Safety of Wink's guest.
This position reports to the Area Operations Manager and needs to be highly familiar with the systems in place within the Hotel, so that can provide effective support to the Director of Wink Experience and Wink Experience Manager.Personality & Ethos

Responsibilities
• Supervising and coordinating all activities of out-sourced security officer in the different areas of responsibility inside and/or outside the hotel. Including car park and motor bike operations
• Ensuring patrolling of the Wink's property is carried out properly to deliver a very secured experience to guests and colleagues
• Coordinating with local police, front desk police report system, government and law enforcement agencies for respective special visits etc.
• Frequently monitoring out-sourced-security officer and conduct immediate on-the-spot training, coaching for Wink experience performance shortfalls when necessary
• Ensuring that Wink hotel is in compliance with all local safety regulations and emergency procedures
• Acting as the champion of security operations and have a natural passion to drive exceptional safety measures for Wink hotel operations
• Executing on other assigned tasks from Area Operations Manager- 14 Annual leave days per year
