Managing related activities to Maintenance all existing stores in region be assigned, including:

Solution for maintenance and avoiding problem related infrastructure
Coordinating with other related Departments to make better result.
Other tasks be assigned by line managerCollege graduate / Bachelor Degree of Architect, Construction, Interior or some field related Construction.
English: read, write, communication fluently
Have knowledge about working process logically
Have general knowledge about construction, material, and interior.
Understand retail field.
At least 3 years of supervising experience.
High awareness of the current Vietnamese laws and regulations; and familiar with Vietnamese as well international building codes and standards;
Proficient with working on software as Auto CAD, 3D, Photoshop, MS Office, and other design software.Laptop
