Position: Assistant to Project Manager - Real Estate

Job Code: 108712

- Working location: Hai Phong City - Vietnam

- Monthly Salary: 27,500,000～43,000,000VND

Responsibility

Project: Joint-venture low rise detached house project in Vu Yen Island, Hai Phong City

1. Go to the construction site daily from Monday to Friday to assist the Project Manager and Project Engineering Director in controlling the construction schedule, construction quality, and cost.

2. Prepare a draft of the project construction report (weekly & monthly) on the current situation internally by creating appropriate documents.

3. Attend record, and make meeting minutes in both Vietnamese and English.

4. Make drafts of business letters, and submit and receive project documents and letters.

5. Cooperate with Vietnamese contractors and Japanese partners to check the site and organize their comments and feedback.

6. Check drawings and give feedback to enhance the usage and quality.

7. Giving proposals to partners, to enhance the construction quality, reporting defects on site, and sharing feedback for drawing check

8. Communicate well with partner’s engineering team in Vietnamese and understand their intention, and create a good relationship

9. Interpret conversations between Vietnamese and English during meetings.

10. Other relevant tasks on request by the Project Manager and/or Project Engineering Director.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Male - Age: 35 - 40
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 
・Language: English - business level 
・Experience: 
   + At least 7-10 years of working experience in the construction field, including 2-5 years of experience at the Project Manager's Assistant level
   + Experience of high rise condominiums and low-rise detached house projects
   + Experience working for a General contractor, Real Estate Developer, or Construction Management Company also, experience working at a foreign company is highly recommended.
・Other Skills/Abilities: 
   + Knowledge of MEP and Infrastructure is highly recommended.
   + PC skills (CAD, Microsoft Office) and Internet use.
   + Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas. 
   + Capability to make reports and record meeting minutes in Vietnamese and English.
