EPAM Vietnam is looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist with expertise in LLM/Generative AI and chatbot development to join our dynamic team. As a senior member, your role is integral from the outset, serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and EPAM teams, bridging the gap between IT and business and demonstrating the ability to mentor junior levels.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and development to build innovative machine learning models and algorithms that drive business value
Define stakeholders' needs and objectives and effectively communicate complex data and analytical insights through reports, dashboards or presentations
Design, develop and deploy AI-driven applications, including chatbots using LLMs and Generative AI technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design innovative AI models and integrate them into our existing systems
Analyze and evaluate the performance of machine learning models and identify opportunities for improvement
Help enhance our customer interaction capabilities and drive our AI strategy forward
Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science and machine learning technologies and leverage them to improve the recommendation systems

Requirements

More than 4 years of experience in Data Science with a bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or equivalent
Proven experience in using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, GPT-4, etc.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain or similar
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in both written and spoken English (B2)

Công ty Cổ phần Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK) thành lập năm 2013 là công ty công nghệ hoạt động kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực bưu chính. Ưu thế của GHTK là tốc độ nhanh, mạng lưới phủ sóng rộng trên toàn quốc và đặc biệt là thế mạnh trong việc nghiên cứu và ứng dụng công nghệ mới phục vụ cho hoạt động bưu chính.
