Position: NRM Assistant (Net Revenue Management)

Working place: Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 – 18:00

1. Job Purpose:

Serving as an Assistant in Net Revenue Management is a important role that supports company's Homecare Business in Vietnam to ensure a profitable and sustainable portfolio focus across channels. You and your team will work with frontier of Homecare team to drive revenue growth using the levers of NRM. You develop proficiency in two critical skills, business accument and data analysis.

2. Main responsibilities:

You will support the NRM manager to analyze data from market and internal sources to deliver insights on portfolio & channel across Homecare categories and propose recommendations for better mix. You will:

Consolidate & analyze market data:

• Understand and make use of data from research partners (Nielsen NIQ, Kantar Household Panel, Cube Asia) to analyze market context & company mix.
• Follow company principle across NRM levels to generate insights on porfolio performance
• Back up with your understanding about FMCG market especially Homecare categories
  
  
  

Merge with internal data to bring holistic view:

• Combine market context and in-market porfolio performance with insight from internal data
• You will be trained to understand basic financial model to support for your work on business insight
  
  
  

Technical:

• Understand & use different analytic tools to analyze: Excel, Power Query, Power PI
• Know how to visualize data to deliver insight
  
  
  

3. Requirements:

• Experience/ have knowledge within Marketing, Business Management, Trading
• A passion for driving business performance
• Experience with data analytic/ business insight is a plus
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities and logic thinking; ability to translate data into compelling insights and actions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
