* Automation project deployment:
- Calculate and prepare Project requirement document: Project process, concept idea, product CTQ parameter, machine specification.
- Work with, discuss and assess vendor's concept and design, quotation, and follow the design and progress of project.
- Calculate masterplan for project that suitable with the project and company production masterplan.
- Weekly meeting and solve any abnormal happens in design, assemble phase in vendor site.
- Work with Facilities, layout team to prepare area, utility items for setup the project.
- Prepare checksheet to verify the project in vendor site before setup.
- Work with vendor, process engineer, manufacturing engineer to set up and verify the project, follow and troubleshoot in setup phase and project qualification.
- Analyze sequence and improve when troubleshooting.
* Machine improvement:
- Work with mechanical engineers to build programs for small projects.
- Setup, testing and follow up the projects.
- Change machine sequence, program to improve machine efficiency or adding function for machine as request.
