Objectives

The HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Manager will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent English proficiency, and exemplary leadership skills to drive the HR strategy and initiatives in line with company’s business goals.

Duties

Strategic Partnering:

• Collaborate with senior leadership tunderstand business strategies and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
• Provide HR guidance and support tbusiness leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.

Commercial Acumen:

• Understand and anticipate business needs and challenges, providing HR solutions that add value the business.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends tdevelop strategies that improve organizational performance.

Talent Management:

• Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with business needs and the attraction of top-tier talent.
• Drive succession planning, career development, and performance management processes.

Leadership Development:

• Identify leadership development needs within the business units and implement programs to build leadership capabilities.
• Mentor and coach managers tenhance their leadership skills and effectiveness.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a trusted advisor temployees and management, addressing employee relations issues and providing coaching and guidance on HR matters.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.

Compliance and Policies:

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives and promote a fair and consistent work environment.

Change Management:

• Lead change management initiatives, guiding the organization through transformations and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Develop and implement communication plans to support change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a HR managerial role.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of commercial operations and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and in multicultural environments.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
