Recruitment, training and development to create a quantitative and qualitative well-equipped workforce, including but not limited to:
- Recruitment: to seek, contact, and arrange for interviewing candidates, preparing document for new employees.
- Training: to make the training program and organize the training course of compliance, company [protected info] new employees.
Implement HR tools to support the business likes orientation program, job profiles, succession plan, exit interviews and engagement activities together with management within the VN office.
Ensure efficient and cost-effective human capital utilization in the organization; control headcount, HR budget and coordinate internal staff movement in VN office.
Analyzing staff turnover and working with management and related parties to solve issues.
Maintaining personnel files such as Labor contract, social & health insurance coverage, termination of Labor contract, decision,... keep them up to date according to corporate guidelines and local legislation.
Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company.
Compensation & Benefit: To perform/review and solve all monthly issues related to Salary, Social Insurance, PIT, Trade Union, Labor report, labor contract, employee benefit, company discipline.
Coorinated, conduct performance Appraisal midyear & endyear ensuring fairness and objectivity
Preparation of social and health insurance reports to concerned local authorities.
Prepare monthly HR reports (Organization chart, Remuneration,...) for Hong Kong HR management review.
Provide input and implement global HR policies and processes according to Vietnam Labor Code and Regulations. Update office policies and ensure the compliance with them.
Resolve employees issues, handle complaints, demands, grievances. Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported & resolved.
To organize the activities between employees and departments, building corporate culture, enhance staff engagement and motivation.
In charge of general office management and ordering stationary, purchasing IT devices, furniture, gifts, common assets, equipment or supplies in the business Supervise facilities by storing contracts & document related to buying, selling, renting, borrowing facilities, machinery and equipment in the company
Follow and check, control payment request for HR Admin dept
Order, distribute, check, control monthly admin necessaries: mask, drinking water, liquid wash hand, tissue paper, stationery, test covid , clean office supplier, office tree supplier, telephone, internet, drinking water, warehouse...).
Make admin reports as headquarter request: ESG Reports, Personal Email Address Record of External Parties, Signature Specimen Report, License contract checklist and arising admin report from HK Admin
Contact HK Admin support for print name card, group souvenir, calendar,....
Check and follow fixed asset and stamp label ( if need)
Make the reports and testing the trial as ITSUP request; request IT support for the problem about computer & email & DTS system.
Book employee trip flight ticket, hotel, business allowance, visa, travel insurance, APEC business card, taxi, necessary equipment
Arrange meeting room, water, fruit,[protected info] the meeting with important agent/ customer/ BOD.
Work with management board office for problems: lights broken, regist motorbike parking fee, collect and submit the parking fee, contact technician for arising technical problems
Contact and work with contractor about the warranty after construction and support for checking as-built document
Other HR & Admin tasks as assigned by General Manageress.

Bachelor degree in HR; Business Administration; Foreign Trade; Logistics or relevant education background.
At least 5 years working experience in HR-Admin from Supervisor position, preferably work in logistics business.
Strong planning and organizing skills, with attention to details.
Multi-tasking with a good ability to prioritize tasks, able to manage own working time effectively.
Demonstrate the ability to work fairly & independently in planning and managing multi tasks.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for details.
