Planning, operating and developing BI solutions including Dashboard, Reports and Deep-dive Analysis

-BI Management:

• Research & analyze consumer insight to build effective Dashboard.
• Work with various internal teams, including data management, to ensure data quality and accuracy by conducting data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
• Survey Analysis Dashboard.
• Create and develop short-term and long-term use cases according to business objective according to finding insights.
• Develop insightful business analyses, that provide measurable value, business process improvements and solve challenging business problems.

-Data System Management:

• Manage data integration between platforms
• Analyze & optimize data for smooth operations on SF Modules
• Monitor and resolve problems related to data
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making related to data analytics and data management in the hub

-Other tasks:

• Implement surveys, A/B testing to optimize outcome of campaigns through analytical tools
• New data projects
• Use design-thinking processes to develop analytics assets for business consumption
