As a n ADAS Management Manager, you will providing technical leadership in coordinating, facilitating, motivating, and directing efforts of the Cross Functions Engineering teams (both internal and external) and ensures efficient use of team resources. You will ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.

Responsibility

• Act as primary contact for all ADAS/AD project related matters (HW, SW, System) and offer solutions, suggestions to the team.
• Perform other duties as necessary and supervise and/or provide work direction to the team members.
• Coordinate the analysis, planning and development of functions related requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for the project team members required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Identify strategic changes required to improve processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Drive structured problem-solving processes.
• Document and monitor program objectives for the functions area and ensures countermeasures are initiated to correct unfavorable variances.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree: Automotive Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Experience in Project management, Technical lead, ADAS and AD experience is preferred.
• Experience in complex Electrical system of vehicle
• Application experience of system/software integration
• Basic knowledge of embedded SW/HW and ECU development.
• Personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising project teams must be strongly evident.
• Experience in working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality is necessary.
• Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in managerial roles is required.
• Ability to proactively anticipate challenges and seek to head-off obstacles is highly valued.
• Knowledge of product development engineering practices specific to the automotive field is mandatory.
• A profound technical knowledge of automotive electronics products and familiarity with typical automotive OEM requirements are mandatory.
• Ability to anticipate market requirements, even if not explicitly stated in initial documentation is essential.
