In this role, you will be instrumental in the Attributes Department, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.

• Lead and execute testing and analysis activities related to Safety, Electrical & Electronics (EE), Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and other vehicle attributes, including vehicle preparation, instrumentation setup, data acquisition, and detailed result analysis
• Collaborate closely with Performance Engineers, Attribute Managers, and cross-functional teams to define, refine, and validate system parameters to meet vehicle safety and performance targets
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to diagnose safety system inefficiencies, EE performance issues, ADAS functionality gaps, and other attribute-related concerns, proposing effective solutions to enhance system performance
• Support the development and refinement of testing procedures for safety, EE, and ADAS systems, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Prepare detailed technical reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including calibration, NVH, energy management, and durability team
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging methodologies, and technological advancements in safety, EE, ADAS, and other vehicle attributes to drive continuous improvement
  
  

Requirements

Degree/Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive attribute development and testing (Any of NVH, Durability, Vehicle Dynamics, PED, Thermal, HVAC, Safety, Electrical)
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing). Proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous
  
  

Experience

• Hands-on experience in vehicle attribute tuning, testing, analysis, and optimization
• Proficiency with attribute-specific instrumentation and sensor setups (e.g., accelerometer, microphones, thermal sensors, strain gauges, data acquisition systems)
• Skilled in performing and coordinating standard attribute-specific testing processes (road tests, rig tests, laboratory tests, environmental chamber tests)
• Familiarity with attribute-related analytical tools and software relevant to the specialized area
• Demonstrated ability to closely collaborate with attribute managers and cross-functional teams to effectively implement improvements
• Proficient in interpreting test data, performing root-cause analysis, and clearly communicating findings and recommendations
• Experience with structured problem-solving method ologies (DFMEA, DVP, 8D, 5Y, DFSS, FTA, Fish Bone)
