• Planning and strategy:
- Build the budget, issue and supervise the KPIs of QE department
- Frequency making Quality Engineering report to Quality Engineering Manager
- Lead the Quality Engineering activities from concept to the customer ownership experience
- Development and implement E-sscooter and Electronic devices Quality Engineering strategy, system and procedures.
- Asssist the problem identification and resolution of all quality issues in an effective and timely.
- Responsible for communicating and escalating quality issues to appropriate levels of leadership for rapid resolution.
- Review of the product quality inspection standard (CVIS, IPQS) base on drawings and technical standards.
- Similar reponsible for the other required plants asigned by Leadership.
• Implementing quality improvement activities:
- Suppervise the team manage quality issue System, escalate on time to Leadership in case need.
- Suppervise the team to follow ISO system, frequency planing and implement the internal system audit.
• Safety and risk management:
- Carry out safety management activities in testing and evaluation of vehicles inside/outside the factory with QE related.
- Identify and reduce/ eliminate high risks with QE related through potential risk assessments and improvement.
• Human development:
- Train a team of well-disciplined engineers and technicians to well implement the quality objectives.
- Enhance solidarity and teamwork to ensure everyone works for the common goals of departments, companies and corporations.- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Has experience in developing and implementing successful Quality strategies, systems, processes and procedures in the product development quality area of the business.
- Mininum 10 years of experience in the field of quality management
- Good knowledge quality management and tools: 7 QC tools, IATF16949, ISO 9001, PPAP, FMEA, MSA,.. .
- Management of electronics production department. Including:
+ SMT, Printer, Reflow, Wave Solder, manual insertion, test, and rework equipment and operations.
+ Schedule, refine and oversee preventive maintenance activities.
+ Ensure first article approvals are carried out prior to each production run.
+ Ensure product made on schedule meets quality requirements.
+ Ability to understand and resolve 1st level issues on the floor with equipment and processes in a hands-on manner.
- Responsibility for department P/L in regards to efficiency and waste.
+ Track and document the top three production issues for each product in production.
+ Perform root cause analysis on production fallout.
+ Initiate and facilitate Kaizen and Lean initiatives to solve problems, streamline the process,
+ reduce waste and improve quality.
+ Initiate, coordinate, and manage inventory cost control program.
+ Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
- Supervise and ensures effective employee relations.
+ Hire and train new personnel to support growth plan of organization.
+ Provides employee coaching and development opportunities.
+ Motivates production team creating a culture of personal responsibility.
+ Resolves employee issues through problem resolution.
+ Gives timely feedback.
