Senior Global Compensation & Benefits Executive

Location: Handico Tower, Pham Hung, Hanoi

Report to: C&B Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Global Compensation & Benefits Executive is a senior individual contributor responsible for executing and optimizing global compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries. This role works closely with Finance, and business leaders to ensure reward programs are competitive, compliant, data-driven, and aligned with business strategy in a fast-growing technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Compensation Execution

• Execute and maintain global salary structures, job grading, and pay bands.
• Support annual compensation processes including salary review, promotion, bonus, and incentive cycles.
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis using global survey data (Mercer, Radford, WTW, etc.).
• Perform pay equity, internal parity, and cost impact analysis to support decision-making.

2. Benefits Administration & Optimization

• Support the design and administration of global and local benefits programs (healthcare, allowances, wellbeing, statutory benefits).
• Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and local HR teams to ensure smooth benefits delivery.
• Review benefits utilization and costs; propose improvements or optimizations.

3. Compliance & Policy Support

• Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across countries.
• Support the development and maintenance of global C&B policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Assist in internal audits and documentation related to C&B governance.

4. Data, Reporting & Systems

• Maintain high data accuracy in HRIS, payroll, and C&B tools.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation cost, benefits spend, headcount, and trends.
• Support system enhancements and automation initiatives related to C&B processes.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Finance to support business needs related to compensation and benefits.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders on C&B-related matters.
• Support global initiatives such as new country setup, policy rollout, or M&A integration from a C&B perspective.

Requirements

Experience

• 6–10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
• Hands-on experience in regional or global C&B operations, preferably in technology or IT services companies.
• Experience supporting employee populations of 1,000+ employees across multiple countries.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, and benefits administration.
• Solid understanding of labor law and statutory benefits in at least one region (APAC/EU/US is a plus).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred

• Exposure to equity compensation (ESOP/RSU) is a plus.
• Experience in fast-scaling or global expansion environments.
• Professional certifications (GRP, CCP) are an advantage.
