Compile and submit monthly planning for maintenance, upgrade, replacement of old devices which are potentially broken

• Train and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.

• Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to company standards.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings.

Diploma in computer science or information technology

IT background and POS knowledge is required

At least 3 years experience in similar capacity

Able to work outside standard office hours

Highly motivated, can work independent

 Can work under pressure and flexibility
