Customer Support:
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer&039;s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Check outside orders, process and follow with company’s providers.
Make sure the quality/ quantity / price of products when dealing with providers.
Find new providers and Follow carefully with providers to make sure quality when delivering and solve problem ASAP.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Market Insight:
Stay updated with product knowledge and changes in company policies to ensure accurate communication with customers.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.

Skills in listening, problem- solving conflict handling.
High collaboration with all departments, open- minded & flexible align the process with counterparts from other functions.
Proactive attitude, hardworking, methodical and very structured, able to work both independently and within a team.
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in branding is an advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Written and english communication is a mandatory·
