About The Team

The Product Development team in Vietnam focus on solving immediate needs of Shopee for Vietnam market in 3 main categories: Operation / Engagement / Partnership. Our scope consists of products in various sizes and complexity levels, serving both internal users (Shopee staffs) as well as external users (our buyers, sellers, brands and partners). As a member in the team, you'll be part of a Scrum team targeting at a specific category to develop impactful tools / features to accelerate business goals in that area.

Job Description

Take ownership and be responsible for any delivery of products
Work closely with business departments to gain a deep understanding of customer pain point, customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Drive the execution of all or parts of product lifecycle processes, including product research, product ideation, product design, product development & product performance
Work closely and give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or new product
Work on administrative task of the product, maintain existing app products (product management)

Requirements

From 2 years experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
Strong problem solving skills, logical thinking, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields is a plus
