Xanh SM is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee marketing operations and deloy the company's marketing strategy and vision.
An excellent Marketing Manager is passionate about their profession and has great knowledge of trade marketing, and social marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and controll the work of the Marketing Department to develop the Vietnam + Laos market.
- Manage Online Marketing activities: Manage plans, quality, progress, and optimize budget.
- Manage Offline Marketing & Trade Marketing activities: Manage plans, quality, progress, and optimize budget.
- Plan and implement an overall Marketing strategy including plans designated by global MKT and the MKT plan of the Vietnamese market for the Online and Offline segments - Trade MKT
- Allocate resources, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate closely with other departments in the company (Operations, PNS, Digital/Growth, Business,...) to ensure the synchronization and effectiveness of Marketing activities.
- Deploy MKT tools and solutions to automate marketing activities and interact with Customers.
- Coordinate with employees in the department and related departments to complete tasks within the scope of management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an MKT Manager or similar role in the Logistics/Transportation/Ride Hailing industry is big advantage.
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for social marketing, trade marketing, and event organization
