- Understand the procedures for market exploration through data and e-commerce channels to exploit foreign markets and sign export contracts with international customers. - Coordinate and direct employees in the procurement of export agricultural and aquatic products. - Resolve issues in payments and transactions with domestic and international customers. - Train and develop new employees to achieve department KPIs. - Represent the company and the executive board in business-related meetings and negotiations with clients- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import activities (specifically in export). If from a different field, mandatory training is required. - Minimum 1 year of experience in the position of Head of Export Sales. - Ability to manage, train, and guide employees. - Managerial and business acumen. - Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant field or an MBA. - Proficiency in English for transactions. - Familiarity with foreign market development trends through e-commerce channels.- Income: 15-20 million VND/month + commission on shipments + allowances + personal/team bonuses. - Probation: 1-2 months (depending on experience). - During the probation period, if the employee meets KPIs, they will be promoted to official staff and receive the official salary within that month. - Regular salary reviews: Twice a year (March and September). - Full social insurance participation. - Income based on departmental and employee KPIs. - Guaranteed benefits through: hardware + software + allowances.
