1. Community Calendar Conceptualization
Develop diversified 3-year community calendars of age-appropriate activities and theme weeks adapting to the local market and culture.
Continuously refine and update the calendar and activity content based on feedback from schools.
2. Centralized Activity and Production Management
Manage the production timeline following the annual planned Community Calendar to ensure the timely delivery at the schools.
Establish the procedures and SLA to ensure that all materials are properly and timely delivered to the schools.
Provide agenda and theme decoration guideline for each activity.
Manage the efficient and timely production and delivery of materials to the schools.
3. Logistics management
Manage the ordering processes to ensure the sufficient stock for the activities.
Manage both community activity and ensure the stock report is updated and accurate.
Collaborate with the Finance team and Head of Operations to determine annual budgets and manage costs effectively within the budget.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualification and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Event Management (preferred).
Have 2-year relevant experience with trong understanding of child development principles and the importance of play-based learning.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with schools, suppliers, and internal teams.
Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in developing engaging activities and events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software).
Proficiency in written and spoken English, equivalent level of WSE 12, B2 or IELTS 6.0.
