Mô tả Công việc
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the project meets all specifications and standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential delays or issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring the best terms and conditions for the company.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, project owners, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is proceeding according to plan and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, costs, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
