Description

Our quality engineering team enables the mass creation of impossible products as a partner in the development of Apple's renowned designs.

• You will involve in new product development, partner with multi-functional teams to evaluate design and processes maturity study, define quality requirement and manufacturing control plan.
• Develop measurement technologies and quality system that achieves adventurous specifications at mass production scale.
• Evaluate and implement groundbreaking quality inspection tools to evaluate cosmetic and dimensional part characteristics.
• Lead activities to balance unparalleled quality with scalable yields.
• Drive failure analysis and corrective actions multi-functionally with internal and external team members.
• Establish audit procedures appropriate to program and supplier to ensure consistency to Apple quality standards.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Engineering or related is required.
• Fluid communication with English is needed.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of developing process quality plan, supplier quality audits, and driving corrective actions and failure analysis efforts.
• Solid understanding of mechanical quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.
• Clear communication and logical thinking.
• Experience with CNC, injection molding, stamping, tooling or automotive high volume quality manufacturing engineering.
• Data analysis skill and acknowledge on Machine Learning.
• Communication in Mandarin is a plus.
