Description
Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Manager in Vietnam for the Amazon Global Selling business. The Program Manager will drive our effort to help Vietnamese Sellers achieve success on Amazon's global marketplaces, focusing on improving the seller facing registration and onboarding experience, collaborating with global marketplaces team's counterparts to resolve frictions/issues faced by Vietnamese sellers during the registration process. The successful candidate will perform deep dive to derive analytical insights on success drivers and blockers, and share data driven insights with stakeholders from both Vietnam and marketplace counterparts' team, develop plans to drive registration education content, drive programs that improve registration experience and performance. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will have superb communication and project-management skills, and will be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.

Key job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Understand Sellers' pain points and gather business requirements and support Amazon Global marketplaces to create innovative solutions for Sellers to launch at scale on Amazon marketplaces worldwide
- Collaborate with product teams to contribute to tools and process development to enable Global Selling team in Vietnam to leverage them in Seller engagement
- Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings and international markets for opportunity analysis
- Prepare and deliver business reviews of the Vietnamese business regarding new programs' progress
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Global Selling product to Vietnamese Sellers
- Engage with Sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with the Amazon Services product set
- Support Amazon global marketplaces in driving change, removing roadblocks and increasing participation by local Sellers with respect to the Amazon Global Selling business
- 5+ years of successful program and product management, business improvement or management consulting roles, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, or software industries
- Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguous problems / strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation with various business and technical teams
- Excellent analytical and data-mining aptitude, coupled with strong Microsoft Excel skills and SQL skills
- Ability to create innovative new initiatives that generate results
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record collaborating successfully with internal and external partners
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or related Master's degree
- Global e-commerce experience
- Proven ability to influence others
- Experience using analytical, marketing, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce or other CRM tools, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint.
