We are seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Team Leader with a proven track record in project management and operational excellence. In this role, you will take ownership of leading key initiatives, managing complex projects, and driving continuous improvements across our operations in supply chain management. You will collaborate cross-functionally, utilizing data to define requirements and guide decision-making. Your ability to solve complex problems, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines will be key to your success.

•  Strategic Leadership in Operations: Lead critical initiatives to optimize fulfilment, inventory management, and inventory planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvements in operational workflows and efficiencies across multiple locations.
•  Inventory Planning & Forecasting: Actively monitor inventory levels to ensure they meet optimized levels, balancing stock availability with demand fluctuations. Take proactive measures to avoid stockouts or excess inventory, ensuring smooth order fulfilment while minimizing holding costs.
•  Re-stock Point Model Development: Build and continuously refine models for re-stock points based on historical data, demand forecasting, and sales trends. Use data-driven insights to set minimum order quantities, replenishment schedules, and lead times to optimize inventory replenishment across all fulfilment channels.
•  Business Owner of System Development: Take on a leadership role in developing and optimizing systems for inventory management, fulfilment, and shipping management. Work closely with Tech Team to design, implement, and continuously improve tools, technologies, and platforms that enable efficient tracking, management, and distribution of inventory. Ensure that the systems support business scalability and integrate with other operational systems warehousing, and customer support service.
•  Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality. Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in leading complex initiatives and driving operational excellence.
• Significant experience in e-commerce operations, with a deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities.
• Proven track record of defining program requirements, managing multiple projects, and delivering results in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with SQL at a senior level, including compiling queries, subqueries, data aggregation, grouping, and modification.

• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team toward operational excellence.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex data, system requirements, and performance results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Ability to present actionable insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance, identify trends, and make data-supported recommendations for process improvements. Ability to break down complex issues into manageable components and develop innovative solutions using data-driven approaches.
• Deep understanding of inventory forecasting, demand planning, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to track and report progress on initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities in operations.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
