Your responsibilities: Support the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job advertisements, scanning CVs, entering candidate data on the company's system, arranging interviews and tracking candidates. Participate in candidate interviews and provide initial feedback to candidates and participate in onboarding for new employees Manage candidate data systems and maintain data in an accurate and organized manner. Support recruitment activities such as attending events, job fairs and networking activities with candidates. Support participation in training activities for employees. Contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience. Other tasks as requested by the management.Your Skills and Experience: Final-year students or recent graduates of University specializing in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English Language, and other related fields. No experience required, just passion and willingness to learn about administrative tasks. Aesthetic, good-looking appearance, good attitude, courtesy personalities and confidence Good communication, clever and thoughtful and problem-solving skills Have ability of process multiple tasks at the same time and high pressure Be proactive, initiative, willing support others Can use English Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Priority given to candidates who: Are willing to challenge themselves and grow in a startup environment.
