- Make logistical and administrative arrangements (bookings, schedules, Announcement Email, attendance list, meeting minutes etc.) for the Talent Management Review Program.
- Implement communication plan created in Talent management & Development Program
- Develop a skill and competency profile for each key position identified in the previous activity.
- Conduct orientation for employees.
- Manage development and implementation of monitoring PM systems for individual performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Maintain and deliver key Talent programs and support the overall development of capability across the organization
- Support the HR Operations team in further developing talent and performance appraisal processes
- To provide training and guidance to departmental staff, senior managers, members on TMD activities.
- Working as part of FGL team and the wider Learning & Development team as well as closely working alongside HR Business Partners and line leaders
- To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
