• Conduct recruitment activities (mass & HODs)
• Responsible for interview and selection
• Assist in building and developing candidate database, functional tools
• Conduct promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time
• Work with consultant/ headhunt services firm to post job or search right people
• Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures.

Employer Branding

• Promote company brand through social network channels: Linkedin, Fanpage, Facebook.....
• Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding
• Assist in building relationship with Universities/ Organizations, join career events, organize workshops

On-boarding and admin tasks

• Do paper workds and other tasks for new employees
• Guide new employees to do orientation and company tour

Other tasks are assigned by direct Cluster HR Manager
