Build repair & maintenance plan and manage implementation

Coordinating and scheduling all repair and maintenance activities.

Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.

Collaborating with vendors and contractors as needed.

Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.

Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned investment projects

Control tasks on budgets, schedules and report on the project's status.

Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.

Conduct regular inspections across all facilities to understand daily maintenance needs and oversee all HVAC systems,Chiller & Air compressor system and infrastructure.

• Transportation from Ho Chi Minh City/ Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh
• Working time: Monday to Friday (8.00 - 16.30); Saturday (8.00 - 12.00) & 1 full Saturday off per month.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University graduate with technical background in Mechatronics/ Electrical.

At least 5 years of experience in the related fields/ industries

Knowledge and experience in the plastic molding injection machine/ injection fields.

Knowledge and experience on Inverter/ PLC equipment (Mitsubishi/Siemens), Servo motor, AutoCAD/ ISO 9001:2015/ HSE and 5S .

Intermidiate management and supervisory skills

Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication, presentation skills of ownership

Computer skills: MS office, AutoCAD

Capability to communicate in English
