1. Mô tả công việc

• Manage material quality:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures for raw materials.

- Analyze material test results and identify potential issues.

- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding material quality standards.

- Support product development:

- Select appropriate materials based on product specifications and performance requirements.

- Calculate material consumption for production planning.

- Understand garment maker requirements and patterns.

• Optimize supply chain:

- Manage material inventory levels to ensure efficient production flow.

- Understand and utilize ERP or similar data systems for material management.

- Oversee material shipment logistics and payment terms.

- Team development:

- Coach and train team members on material quality control procedures and best practices.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

2. Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in Textile Technology or a related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sportswear apparel product development with a team of 6-10 members.

- Strong understanding of textile structures, physical & basic chemical testing processes (including RSL).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent English (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
