Mô tả Công việc
- Receive Assignment and Provide Consultation:
- Participate in the assessment and research of the IMC assignment (primarily focused on Online Marketing).
- Study, analyze, and evaluate potential customer needs; approach and propose communication plans that match customer needs.
- Play a leading role in pitching sessions to persuade clients.
- Develop a Communication Plan:
- Survey information regarding the communication and advertising needs and budgets of clients (fully understand client briefs).
- Connect with relevant product departments, lead discussions to clarify the assignment, record suggestions, finalize tasks to be performed, and provide timelines for activities.
- Assess the client's budget, coordinate with relevant departments to prepare quotations; the preparation of quotations is done in parallel with the development of proposals.
- Manage communication and advertising campaigns:
- Collaborate with the Account operations team to coordinate and supervise the communication campaign according to the agreed plan and contract.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the direct manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from university, with over 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Advertising, preferably having worked at an agency and collaborated with major brands.
- Intermediate level English – in both speaking and writing.
- Understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in the Vietnam landscape.
- Creative thinking, combining keen ideas with the company's products in each advertising campaign.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze issues, strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in office software and job-related applications.
- Responsible and able to work overtime when required.

Được thành lập bởi Tập đoàn Jinyu Tire - một doanh nghiệp chuyên nghiên cứu phát triển sản xuất lốp xe du lịch, lốp xe tải, lốp xe bus của Trung Quốc.
Tập đoàn Jinyu Tire được thành lập vào năm 1995 có trụ sở chính ở Thanh Đảo, Trung Quốc với vốn điều lệ là 500 triệu USD, hiện có 3 nhà máy sản xuất.
Tháng 2/2020 nhà máy Việt Nam được khởi công xây dựng với vốn điều lệ là 70 triệu USD, dự kiến sản lượng trung bình 2 triệu lốp TBR trong giai đoạn 1 và giai đoạn 2 (chưa cập nhật). Công ty đang hướng đến mô hình sản xuất tự động hóa, hiện đại hóa và sử dụng các công nghệ tân tiến nhất.
