Drive organic visitor growth for our businesses. You'll be accountable for this key number and responsible for understanding trends, performance, and forecasting growth.
Develop an overall acquisition strategy with particular emphasis on SEO. Identify and prioritize top opportunities, and ensure alignment across product, content, and marketing teams through effective communication and actionable recommendations.
Guide editors and writers to develop a content roadmap.
Partner with Brand, Performance, CRM, and other core marketing functions to collaborate on end-to-end consumer acquisition strategies.
Strong influencer and executioner, with the ability to translate recommendations into results.3+ years of work experience in growth marketing, strategy consulting, or business operations at a high growth B2C company
1+ years of work experience in team leader or associate branding manager
Demonstrated track record of delivering business outcomes and/or products that move the needle on company metrics
Experience working with editorial content teams to improve channel distribution
Experience in branding or organic growth marketing
Understanding or expertise in SEO
Experience with performance marketing or web user experience (UX)Attractive Income & Benefits
Competitive income with unlimited growth: Fixed salary of 20,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND/month + commission bonus + performance bonus + spot bonus (if any). Total income up to 60,000,000 VND/month.
