-  Photography Planning and Execution: Manage all photography sessions within the hotel, including interiors, exteriors, guest rooms, amenities, events, and food and beverage, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and image quality.

-  Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop creative photography concepts that align with the hotel’s brand and marketing goals.

-  Image Editing and Retouching: Edit and retouch images using software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, maintaining a high standard of visual appeal and brand consistency.

-  Equipment Management: Maintain and organize photography and camera equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

-  Content Management: Develop and maintain a digital archive of images and videos, tagging and categorizing them for easy retrieval.

-  Mentorship and Coordination: Mentor junior photographers, guide team members, and coordinate with external vendors or freelancers for specialized shoots.

-  Video Production: Operate camera equipment to shoot high-quality videos, plan and set up shots, and edit footage into engaging videos with visual effects, transitions, and sound enhancements.

-  Quality Assurance: Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards, staying updated on industry trends and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Photography or related field preferred.

Proven experience in social media management and public relations, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.

Strong and editing skills with attention to detail.

Creative mindset with a passion for photograph

Knowledge of current photography trends and techniques.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
