Job Position: Finance Head for FS Vietnam & Cambodia

Location: Homebase, VietNam

Main Purpose: This role is reporting to the FS Finance Director and responsible for leading the financial agenda of Unilever Food Solutions and providing business support to the UFS Lead in pursuit of achieving sustainable business targets. Also, this role will encompass Finance Business Excellence scope, which is the combination of a range of practices, strategies, and initiatives aimed at optimizing financial processes, enhancing decision-making, and driving value creation.

Main Accountabilities

As the BU finance manager, also as one of the key players in the local leadership team, is expected to support and identify business development opportunities; facilitate key business decision making process, drive investment efficiency and well manage P&L to a healthy/sustainable shape.
Facilitate strategic planning and risk management for the PU
Be responsible to proactively manage the entire BU P&L for Vietnam & Cambodia.
Develop progressive plans and initiate necessary actions with the business to capture growth opportunities or GM improvement opportunities.
Use in depth insights and analysis to do dynamic resources allocation and budget management.
Identify value opportunities that require a particular intervention / project support from Finance Business Partner.
Review projects in process and upcoming challenges and highlight to leadership team.
Drive decision making around resource allocation and budget setting in PU.
Evaluate business cases and give feedback based on sustainable profitable growth.
Drive pre- and post-launch interventions for innovations.
Identify major risks and opportunities and share with leadership team.
Ensure BU related financial controls are well managed and mitigation actions in place.
Well engage with local finance share service team to ensure sufficient support to drive BU business.

Key Requirements

At least 5 years experiences as the same role
Fluent in English (both speaking and written)
Experience with the identification of risks and opportunities in the P&L.
Communication and problem-solving skills, work well under high pressure
Project management skill
Analytical skill
Logical and Critical thinking
MS Office
MS Power BI, Power Query

Lịch sử thành lập

Tháng 7 năm 2017, Lalamove cung cấp dịch vụ tại 100 thành phố và có 26 triệu người dùng.
Ngày 31 tháng 10 năm 2017, Công ty cam kết về chất lượng dịch vụ và có 1.000 tài xế tham gia vào dịch vụ giao hàng của họ.
Ngày 1 tháng 11 năm 2017, Lalamove chính thức ra mắt dịch vụ giao hàng tại Việt Nam và đã thu hút được nhiều người dùng.
Ngày 16 tháng 3 năm 2021, Lalamove tung ra tính năng lập lịch và thu hút được nhiều doanh nghiệp sử dụng dịch vụ giao hàng vì tính tiện lợi và nhanh chóng của nó.
Ngày 25 tháng 8 năm 2022, Lalamove chính thức mở rộng ra tại Bangladesh.
